This little flower stands out from the bush. It caught my attention when I was strolling around my neighbourhood.
It's a good idea to have this tiny macro lens tag around!

Intresting post-processing! Really like it - could you explain what you did? Or is the effect related to the ISO800?

@Phil: Hello Phil... Thanks for your comment! Post-processing - cropping and levels only. The main thing is setting the f-value to f/4.0 and focusing really close. It was at 1:1.5, near to life size magnification. This causes the shallow DOF and make the flower stand out from the background. ISO was set to 800 to avoid image blur. 1st of all to achieve 1/effective focal lenght, 2nd to counter the wind blowing on the flower. Therefore need a higher shutter speed.
Love everything about it: the details, the colours, the DOF... Keep on.
